Cancellation policy

Cancellation is free of charge up to 4 weeks before arrival.

Up to 3 weeks before arrival, we will refund 75% of the accommodation costs; up to 2 weeks before arrival, 50% of the accommodation costs; and up to 1 week before arrival, 25%.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund the accommodation costs for cancellations made less than a week before arrival.

Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

It is a non-smoking house.
