5. Payment processing (via Smoobu) If you use online payment, payment is processed via the payment services activated in the Smoobu booking system. The data required for the payment is transmitted to the respective payment service provider (e.g., card/payment data, transaction data). Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (contract fulfillment).
